Q. "Mrs. Smith's biology class is doing a lab on which trait will be best in winning a thumb wrestling match. It can either be the length of the thumb, the circumference of the wrist or the circumference of the thumb. The students use a rule, string and their thumbs in this experiment. What is the independent variable? What is the Dependent variable?" So can anyone help me? What's the independent variable and what's the dependent? I really don't understand =/ Thanks so much!

I am a travel agent and I graduated in December with my degree. It takes about 2 years, depending on how much time you put into it and how many classes you take. How does an independent contractor handle taxes?
Q. My husband a trucker and considerd and independent contractor. They do NOT take taxes and the like out of his paychecks. How do we go about paying the tax? We were told we needed to file paperwork every 3 months and that we should be holding x amount back, but what paperwork we need to file and how much to hold back is a mystery. Do we have to have an accountant or can we just do this ourselves? ANY information would be helpful. Thanks! We have an accountant now and she is taking care of that aspect AND our household bills-the problem is our morgtage is repetedly late and there have been a few times the utilities have been turned off on us. They are very laidback. Usually the players find out and join the league by word of mouth. Ex. one player is talking to another guy telling him to join the league. Its a little late to join right now. I just looked in the paper yesterday and saw that the season around here had already started. But, now is the time to start looking into teams that you may want to try out for next year.

Q. I need help from professional independent animators. I made an animation about LG products for my university portfolio and I'm planning to sell it to LG Korea since the target market of the commercial is specifically Korean audience. I'm still not aware of the do s and don't s of selling a pitch. I'm just worried that if the company rejects my idea then they might recreate the idea with a different medium.

A. Tag the bottom corner of the video with your signature. Then upload to youtube. The date of it being uploaded with your signature can then be evidence to sue if they steal your idea.. also im curious to see this video, and if its as amazing as you clearly think it is, so upload & link ta :)

I am trying to create three independent listening zones from a central source. How is the most efficient way?
Q. I have split my signal to my preAmp using that signal to my main amp and wireless powered deck speakers by the pool. Now I want to add speakers to my cook shed, Due to interference, wireless is not an option. I am planning on running monster wire to the shed BUT i would like to be able to control the volume at the shed-independent of the other two zones, Can it be done?
